  • Can I use Dijest with my current email service provider (ESP)?

    Dijest is not a standalone email client and as such will need to be connected to an existing ESP. We currently support MailChimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Vertical Response and AWeber. If you are interested in using Dijest with another provider, please let us know!

  • Are there any minimum of maximum limits on contacts email sends?

    No! No matter how many – or few – contacts you have in your subscriber lists, or how regularly you want to send out a newsletter, we’ve got you covered – the only limits are what you have already agreed with your email service provider. We charge no additional costs per contact or send – everything is included within our monthly rate.

  • Do I have to install anything to use Dijest?

    Nope! Dijest is a 100% online, browser-based tool that integrates with your existing email provider and social media platforms. There’s no need to install any extra software on your PC, phone or tablet, and connecting your existing accounts takes nothing more than a few clicks.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Click here to reset your password – you’ll just need to enter the email address you used to sign up to Dijest. If you can’t access the email address associated with your account, please contact us.

  • Can I pay for Dijest annually?

    At present, we only provide monthly billing for both the basic and pro plans. However, this does mean that there’s no minimum term, so you can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time. We will be introducing annual billing as soon as possible.
